| 摘 要： | 在简要评述我国东西部地区人力资本现状的基础上,采用时间序列和横截面相结合的方法,通过生产函数的扩展模型对东西部1980～2002年间人力资本对经济增长作用差异进行实证分析,比较东西部地区的人力资本差异,结论部分提出的相关建议旨在缩小地区人力资本差异,提高整体人力资本,进而促进社会经济的持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper briefs the human capital status quo of the East and the West in China, analyzes the effect of human capital on economic growth of the East and the West from 1980-2002 using the function of C-D production, compares the differences in human capital between the East and the West and gives some suggestions to narrow the gap and promote the holistic national human capital and sustainable economy. |
