论分工与人的全面发展

人的全面发展,首先应当是一个经济学的范畴。人的全面发展与劳动分工有着密切的联系。旧式分工将劳动主体划分到一定的活动范围,固定于某种劳动形态,从而使人的劳动产生片面性,限制人的全面发展。新技术革命带来的新式分工的建立,将从根本上消除劳动的强制性,增强职业的流动性,促进人类劳动解放的实现。
