我国技能型人才队伍建设浅析

摘    要:我国技能型人才队伍建设面临着供求矛盾突出、整体素质不高、技术等级结构不良以及队伍老化、存在断层趋势等问题。这些问题背后有着深刻的经济、观念和制度方面的原因。建议开展技能型人才需求宏观预测并编制队伍建设规划、提高技能型人才薪酬待遇以倡导职业观念转变、大力发展职业技术教育、严格贯彻《劳动合同法》等措施,以加强技能型人才队伍建设。

Abstract:The present situation of skilled personnel in our country is as the following. The supply is less than the demand, the construction is disequilibria; the skilled personnel is not of high diathesis; the ranks are too old and disequilibria. This situation has its deep-going reasons, including economic,governmental and systematical aspects. Therefore, in order to improve this situation, we must strengthen the vocational education, raise the salary, improve the welfare system, enlarge the vocational training, and strictly carry on The Labor Contract Law as well.
