| 摘 要： | 外国直接投资的溢出效应是FDI外部效应的表现,FDI溢出效应的产生受到多种因素的影响,FDI行业内的溢出机制主要表现为竞争作用机制,而FDI行业间的溢出机制主要表现为链接作用机制。
