| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则产生于古代罗马法 ,现已成为各国民法领域的一项普遍指导性法律原则。实践证明 ,诚实信用原则对市场经济的健康发展具有积极的作用 ,当前我国市场经济的建设需要诚实信用原则作指导。为此 ,必须贯彻诚实信用原则 ,重塑市场经济主体诚实信用的良好形象

| Abstract: | The principle of honesty and credit resutted from the ancient Roman law, and has become a law principle that owns generality and direction. It is proved that the principle of honesty and credit is available to heatthy develepment of market economy. Currently, the market economy's construction needs this principle's direction in China. Therefore we must follow out the principle of honesty and credit, build up the market economy bodies' good image of honesty and credit. |
