业务流程重组失败的原因及对策研究

摘    要:目前中国企业进行业务流程重组失败的概率仍然很大,其主要原因在于:企业盲目追求激进的变革方式,缺乏对流程重组进行持续的管理投入和支持,忽视人的因素在业务流程重组中的作用,不能正确选择流程重组的时机和环节。在这些因素中,人的因素是最重要的。为此,企业在人员管理方面,应该更加注重分权的实施,同时取得高层领导的参与和支持,以企业目标为导向调整组织结构,建立通畅的交流渠道,以保证业务流程重组的成功实施。

Abstract:Since the proposal of reorganizing the business process was put forward in the 1990s, a lot of research has been conducted in the area both by some scholars and entrepreneurs. However, it was found that many of the cases of BPR resulted in failures. Thus, it is worthwhile to make studies in the concepts, the theories and current situations of BPR in China. Some suggestive measures were proposed in the paper as to how to find out better measures against the failures and promote the BPR in China.
