| 摘 要： | 企业创新包括自主创新和模仿创新,知识产权保护对前者有积极的促进效应,对后者却有消极的阻碍效应。在开放的经济中,技术领先国有技术落后的企业,技术落后国也有技术领先的企业,因此知识产权保护与企业创新之间的关系更加复杂。了解知识产权保护与企业创新之间的关系对我国制定合适的知识产权保护政策具有有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Innovation includes both endogenous and imitation innovation,and while the intellectual properties protection facilitates the former,it hampers the latter.In an open economy,the technologically advanced nations have technologically behind enterprises,vice versa,the relationship between intellectual and innovation is much more complex therefore.To know the relationship may cast a light on the formulation of the intellectual properties protection policies. |
