供应链资源协同程度测度模型的构建与应用

针对供应链资源协同程度测度问题，基于协同学理论，构建了供应链资源协同程度测度模型。通过构建物流、资金流、信息流、市场流和管理流五个子系统的指标体系，对该模型的应用进行了实证研究。结果表明，供应链资源协同程度测度模型能够反映供应链系统协调发展的程度和趋势，通过分析能够查找到供应链协同程度不高的具体原因，有利于企业有针对性地从根本上进行改进。该方法不仅弥补了现有协同度模型偏于定性研究的不足，而且对于指导供应链的实际运作具有重要意义。

Specification and Application of Supply Chain Resources Synergy Degree Estimation Model

Based on synergy theory, this paper constructs an estimation model for supply chain resources synergy degree estimation issues. After establishing an indicator system of material flow, cash flow, information flow, market flow and management flow, an empirical study is conducted, The result shows that this synergy estimation model can well reflect the extent of coordinated development and its trends. By analyzing this model, the specific reasons which cause the low synergy degree can be found. Thus, this model can help the enterprise improve the certain factor fundamentally. Not only could this method compensate for the existing collaborative degree models which lack qualitative research, it also of great significance to guide the actual operation of the supply chain.
