| 摘 要： | 经济全球化使得国家、地区之间、人与人之间的交往机会增加,同时也带来更为复杂多样的国际性的犯罪现象,发展的不均衡以及对利益的追逐使得经济犯罪、国际犯罪和其他犯罪迅速增长,其内容与形式也在不断演变。我国刑法应当关注与国际公约和其他国家刑法的协调,特别是在国际犯罪与经济犯罪领域。

| Abstract: | The globalization of economy has brought more possibilities of exchanges between countries,regions and the peoples and in the meantime,given rise to more complex and diversified international phenomena of crimes.Furthermore,the imbalance of development and the seeking of interests lead to swift increase of economic crimes,international crimes and other crimes,the content and form of which is changing constantly.Much attention should be paid to the harmonization and convergence between our criminal law and international conventions and other countries' criminal laws as well.Among them,economic crimes and international crimes are the two key areas. |
