| 摘 要： | 在我国证券市场的发展历程里，私募基金扮演着越来越重要的作用。针对当前中国私募基金的阶段性特征，文章试图探索有效防范私募基金风险的对策，为中国私募基金的具体运作和相关法律法规的制定提供理论基础，对未来中国私募基金的发展和路径选择做出了具有前瞻性的分析。
