| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国与东南亚国家联盟全面经济合作框架协议》致力于中国与东盟之间建立全面的经济合作关系。中国与东盟的经济合作进程又与东盟内部的经济一体化密切相关。从货物贸易、服务贸易、投资、经济技术合作以及与之相关的组织形式与实施的时间框架等方面系统研究中国 -东盟自由贸易区与东盟经济一体化两个框架内容之间的区别与联系 ,将有利于推进中国与东盟的全面经济合作进程。

| Abstract: | The Agreement of Overall Cooperation between People's republic of China and ASEAN is aimed to the constructing the overall economic relationship between China and ASEAN. The progress of the economic cooperation between the two parts will have an important influence on the economic integration within ASEAN. And it would advance the further cooperation between China and ASEAN to study the linkage and differences between the two systems of Chinese free trade area and ASEAN and to study its economic integration, in the fields of good trade, investment, economic technology cooperation, and the related organizations and the implement time, etc. |
