| 摘 要： | 技术进步必然带来组织生产效率的提高，专业化分工进一步细化，产业组织的生产方式逐渐向模块化形式转变。本文通过分析基于组织生态思想的模块化产业组织的产出模型和经济效益，探讨了模块化产业组织的形成正是基于降低协调成本和交易成本而产生的由原产业组织垂直解体而形成的具有更高组织绩效的新组织问题。

| Abstract: | The technique progress brings the exaltation of the organization production efficiency by all means.The professional division of labour is further specified,and the producing mode of industrial organization turns to be the form of modularization gradually.This paper first analyzes the ontput mode and economic benefit of modularized industrial organization based on the organizational ecosystem thought,and then discusses the formation of modularized industrial organization. |
