利益关系协调与社会主义和谐社会的构建

改革开发以来,我国出现了多样的利益主体和利益群体,引起了利益格局的大调整,并带来人民内部利益关系的巨大变化。党的十六届四中全会提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。如何协调各种利益关系,实现利益格局的平衡,是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键问题。本文着重就党群关系、干群关系以及劳资关系中存在的突出矛盾和问题以及产生矛盾、问题的根源进行了具体分析,并指出要协调好各方面的利益关系,关键是建立和完善利益分配、平衡与协调机制,实现社会的公平与正义。为此,需要不断增强党组织对多元利益关系的整合力,增强政府对多元利益关系协调的执行力,并同时增强社会对多元利益关系发展的承受力。

On Interests Coordination of Socialist Harmonious Society

Since the beginning of reform and opening-up, the diverse interest bodies and interest groups have appeared in our country, caused a major adjustment in the interests of the people and brought about great changes. The Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC put forward the goal of building a socialist harmonious society. How to coordinate the various interests is the key issue to build a socialist harmonious society. The paper emphatically analyzes the prominent contradictions and the questions between the Party and the masses, the cadres and masses as well as the labor and the management, and points out that, to coordinate well the various aspects of the interest relations, the key is to establish and perfect the interests assignment, balanced and coordinated mechanism, realizing society's fair and justness. Therefore, we need to constantly strengthen the integration of multiple interests, and enhance coordination of interest bodies and social development.
