摘    要:教育观念的创新是创造性人才培养的前提.要培养高素质创造性人才,教育工作者必须完成三个教育观念的转变,即:转变目标观念,确立以学生为本的教育理念;转变教法观念,注重培养学生自主创造的能力;转变师生关系观念,营造良好的创造性学习氛围.

Abstract:Innovation in educational concepts is a prerequisite for training creative talents.To train high-quality creative talents,educators must make the change of three educational concepts,that is:changing the concept of objective to adopt the idea of putting students first;changing the concept of teaching methodology to lay stress on fostering students' self-reliant creative ability;and changing the concept of teacher-student relationship to create a good atmosphere for creative learning.
