企业社会责任与企业经济利益的正相关性

越来越多的企业实践和社会反映了在社会责任与企业绩效之间存在着正向关联度。而许多企业尚未意识到社会责任与经济利益之间存在的辩证关系,单方面认为承担社会责任就是要牺牲一些经济利益,使之成为社会经济发展中亟待解决的问题之一。从这个角度出发,本文重点探讨企业承担社会责任与经济利益回报之间的关系,以期促使企业突破固有传统观念,主动承担其社会责任。

more and more enterprises practices and society reflect the positive relativity between social responsibility and enterprise performance.many enterprises haven't realized the dialectic relationship between the social responsibilities and economic benefits,they unilaterally hold that taking social responsibilities will sacrifice some economic profits,which makes it become one of the problems should be solved urgently in the development of social economy.from this perspective,we should put emphasis on the discussion of the relationship between social responsibility enterprise should take and the return of economical profits for the sake of making enterprises break through their original concepts and take social responsibilities initiatively.
