外资对河南经济推动作用的实证分析

外资的利用在一定程度上改变了河南落后的面貌,推动了河南经济的发展,但是,外资利用究竟在多大程度上推动了河南经济的发展,其在河南经济发展中扮演怎样的角色,占有什么样的位置,这是我们更为关注的问题。根据河南省外经普查资料和历年统计年鉴相关数据,运用灰色系统理论加以实证分析。结果表明:外资在河南经济发展中的作用是有限的,特别是外商直接投资,远低于全国平均水平。因此,河南省需要进一步提高对外开放的规模和水平,不仅注重数量的扩张,更注重利用外资的质量,特别是可持续利用外资比单纯的数量扩张更为重要。

A Positive Analysis of Foreign Investment in Henan Economic Growth

The foreign investment changed the backwardness in Henan and promoted its economic development. But, we should pay close attention to what extent the foreign investment promotes Henan economic development, what role the foreign investment plays in the economic growth and what position it takes. This paper carries out a positive analysis with the Dray System Theory according to the statistics of foreign investment survey and calendar statistics. The conclusion shows: the foreign investment in Henan economic growth is limited and the direct foreign investment is far under the average level of China. Accordingly, Henan need improve its scale and level of opening to the outside world. We should pay close attention to not only the expansion in quantity, but quality. And the continuous foreign investment is more important than the pure expansion in quantity.
