| Abstract: | According to the practical conditions of Guizhou Province,this article analysis its development goal,and puts forward some viewpoints and suggestions on the following aspects,aiming at the Guizhou province's stride-across development:such as fundamental facilities' construction,fixed assets' investment,scientific and technological input,Initiative enterprising and creative,market adaptive competence,regional coordinating development,natural resources,environment protection and construction,society's guarantee and harmonious society's construction,etc. |
