| 摘 要： | 教师是人类灵魂的工程师。教师的人格对大学生知识的积累和能力的增长、思想品质和人格的形成有重要的影响。大学教师人格分裂现象既有个人主观的原因,也有学校和社会等外部环境的原因,教师理想人格的塑造要从增强青年教师对自己职业、任务和使命的光荣感、自豪感着手,坚持理论与实践相结合、集中教育和分散自学相结合,并制定全面合理的教师考核评议机制。

| Abstract: | Teacher is the engineer on human soul.The personality of teacher has great influence on the accumulation of knowledge,increasing of ability and the forming of quality and personality of university students.The phenomenon of teacher's personality incompatible with his status resulted not only from teacher's subjective factors,but also from the changing of outside environment of campus.The construction of teacher's perfect personality should start with strengthening the sense of pride of being a teacher,and adhere to the combining of theory with practice. |
