废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制备胶粘剂

以废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料为主要原料,甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯作为混合溶剂,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为增塑剂,最后加入由丙酮与二苯胺合成的防老剂,填料氧化锌作为辅助材料,对聚苯乙烯进行改性并制成一种新型PS胶粘剂。本文着重讨论了溶剂、增塑剂、防老剂和填料对胶粘剂性能的影响,确定胶粘剂的最佳配方,所制得的胶粘剂的固含量大于40%、旋转粘度大于3.4Pa·s、室温剪切强度为3.5Mpa,适用于木材、纸张等包装材料的粘接。

Preparation of Adhesives from Recycling Polystyrene Foaming Plastics

Using recycling polystyrene foaming(PSF)plastics as raw material,dimethylbenzene,ethyl ac- etate and benzene as mix solvents,di-n-butyl phthalate as plasticizer,a stable PS adhesive was prepared. Factors influencing the performances of the adhesive,including solvent,plasticizer,antioxidant,and packing materials,was important to be discussed.The optimum technique parameters were obtained.Its solid content was above 40%,viscosity above 3.4Pa·s,shear strength above 3.5Mpa.it could be used to bend wood,pa- per.
