| Abstract: | Library management innovation is the objective requirement aimed to the construction of a learning society.In order to satisfy the needs of acquiring information of different levels' readers,we should begin with the construction of learning society,adherem to People-oriented principle,strengthen the information and network construction of library management.Meanwhile,the librarians construction should not be nelected. |
