| 摘 要： | 结合NAFTA关税制度,以提高我国对北美贸易特别是出口贸易为目的,分析我国应对NAFTA关税制度的法律对策,共提出了四点建议:一是完善我国的关税制度,二是在区域化冲击下在法律上的调适和应对,三是充分利用WTO的对等原则,四是调整我国对北美出口的产品结构。

| Abstract: | This paper sets forth Chinese present tariff system and analyzes Chinese legal countermeasures against tariff system of NAFTA for the purpose of promoting Chinese trade, especially exportation, with North America. Both China and signatories of NAFTA are members of WTO and should abide by GATT. Also, four pieces of advice are put forward: first, to perfect Chinese tariff system; second, to legally adjust our tariff as response to the influence of regionalization; third, to utilize the principle of reciprocity sufficiently; last, to regulate our products structure exported to the North America. |
