论提高政府的公信力和执行力

政府公信力和执行力是政府的无形资产。提高政府公信力和执行力,直接关系到政府的合法性基础,关系到社会信誉体系的建立和完善,关系到国家大政方针的贯彻落实和公共资源的有效利用。改革开放以来,我国政府公信力和执行力得到不断提高,但仍存在诸多亟待改进的问题。为进一步提高政府公信力和执行力,必须不断深化政治体制和行政体制改革,建立健全政府管理机制。

Credibility and executive ability is surely the intangible assets of governments.The improvement of such credibility and executive ability benefits the legality of governments,the establishment and improvement of the social credit system,the implement of fundamental policies,and effective utility of public resources.Although great achievement has been achieved in this regard,there is still a lot of room to be improved.To further enhance the credibility and executive ability of governments,political restructuring and the reform of administration system should be deepened,and a sound management mechanism from the government should be built and enhanced.
