| 摘 要： | 企业的高度发展是证券市场产生的根本原因，超越企业的历史阶段，让不成熟的企业上市，必然给证券市场造成伤害。证券市场既然是市场，就必须注重其要素的价值，既然是市场，就必须使其功能完备。而我国证券市场目前正好在这三个方面存在着较大的问题。

| Abstract: | The basic reason of stock market resulted was by the advanced development of projects.Exceeding grade of projeets's progress.If the underdevelopment projects enter the Market.Certainty,it will hurt the stock market.As long as stock market is market,we must notice the price of the elements in the market is consummation.However,timely our stoct market have being three aspects serions problems that had been subjected. |
