A Brief Comment on Relationships Between Officials and Civilians in Constructing Management of Wuhan Public Affairs in Qing Dynasty

Nowadays at a time of accelerating urbanization,city management and the research are more and more important.Discussing the relationships between authorities and the civilian society in the public city management is not only of great theoretic value,but also of important application value.By probing into the formation of the relationships between officials and civilians in Wuhan city public aspect and into the concrete realization in activities concerning construction management of public affairs in Qing Dynasty,the paper is expected to provide historical reference for the construction and management of public affairs in the modern Wuhan City.
