| 摘 要： | 科学选才是高考政策的重要价值诉求,在我国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育发展的过程中,高考政策过程的科学性问题应该引起更多的关注。科学选才由于与公平选才这一高考政策的基本价值取向存在矛盾,成为我国高考政策面临的现实难题,必须通过构建一定的政策机制,营造有利于科学选才的政策环境,提高高考政策的效度和信度。

| Abstract: | Selecting talent scientifically is an important value inclination of policies for college entrance examination.In the process of higher education from the quintessential to the popular in our country,the scientific problem of the entrance examination should arouse more attention.Selecting scientifically,which has fundamental value inclination contradictions with selecting impartially,becomes the practical and difficult problem that the entrance examination faces in our country.We should construct a certain policy mechanism,build a policy environment,which is good for scientifically selection,and improve the degrees of validity and reliability of the college entrance examination policy. |
