| Abstract: | Implementing the scientific development concept is important for promoting the sustainable development of the li-brary.This article elaborates the people-based concept of humanistic management and service of the independent college library,so as to build its developmental direction and constructional method in information age.We can promote the comprehensive、coordinated、 sustainable development of independent college library by using scientific development concept. |
