| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出,总结吸收了我国不同发展阶段制定与实施不同的经济社会发展战略之历史经验和思想智慧,并以世界经济社会发展理论的成果与教训为鉴,突出以人为本,强调全面、协调、可持续发展,充分反映了中国共产党人对执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的深刻认识,从发展理念、发展模式、发展要求等方面对发展理论作出了重要创新,为我国制定和实施更加成熟完善的经济社会发展战略奠定了科学的理论基础.
