坚持以“三个代表”为指导 做好毕业生就业工作

我国高等院校中综合性大学和以应用型为主体的大学有着各自不同特点。因而不能片面将毕业生就业情况作为衡量一所大学办学质量和办学水平的唯一指标。高等学校应该从高等教育功能定位出发,在毕业生就业工作中的主要任务和职能,应是教育学生树立正确的就业观,指导学生提高就业技能。针对高校毕业生就业市场需求和自身特点提出深化教育改革的若干建议。

Managing College Graduates Employment Work Well by Sticking to the Guidance of "Three Represents"

Different characteristics lie in the comprehensive universities and universities focusing on application. Thus the employment situation of college graduates should not be the only index in evaluating the school running quality and level of the universities. Students should be educated to set up correct employment awareness and improved in skills, which is the main task and function of universities. Some suggestions to deepening education reform are put forward.
