儿童社会化中的“人格烙印”

摘    要:人格是个体行为的全部本质,人格的形成和发展过程是个体实现社会化的过程;"人格建构"其实是个体"自我品质"与"自我行为"的不断建构过程,由于个体在家庭、学校、社会等环境中的"榜样群体"、"教养方式"、"人格典范"不同,导致了儿童在社会化中所获得的"人格烙印"也就不同。笔者根据长期的跟踪调查与行为研究,将儿童社会化"人格建构"中具有代表性的"人格烙印"分为:类植物"人格烙印"、类动物"人格烙印"、传统"人格烙印"及理想"人格烙印"。

Abstract:Character is the whole nature of each individual behavior.The course of character formation and development is the course to realize individual socialization." Character formation" is in fact the course of forming " self-quality" and " self-behavior".In the environment of family,school and society," example mass"," education mode" and" character mirror" are different from each other.This lead to the difference that the children obtain " character brand" in socialization.According to long-time investigation and behavior study,the author divides " character formation" into: plant-typed " character brand",animal-typed " character brand",traditional " character brand" and ideal " character brand".
