| 摘 要： | 教育实践是中小学教师职前教育的重要环节，是师范教育活动的有机组成部分。目前，师范教育的实践教学滞后于基础教育的发展，如何改革这一落后状况，这是我国师范教育改革的一个重要问题。本文通过对教育实践的现状分析，探讨了教育实践改革的意义和基本模式，提出了提高师范生实践能力的有效途径。
