| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的不断发展，虚拟公共领域为虚拟社会公众诉求的表达和公众舆论的形成提供了新的媒介。与现实公共领域相比，虚拟公共领域具有自己独特的结构特征与运行机制。它们之间存在特定的关系模式，二者融合形成更大的公共领域的力量，进而影响政府决策的过程。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of the network technology,virtual community provides a new vehicle for the exchange of public opinions and expressions in the virtual society.Compared with the real public sphere,virtual public sphere has its unique structural characteristics and operational mechanism.There exists a specific model between the virtual and real public sphere.The two spheres integrate and form a strong force in the public sphere,and thereby influence the government decision-making process. |
