| 摘 要： | 个人收入不平等是市场经济中的一个重要现象,因而对其经济学的理论解释复杂多样。本文选择其代表性的七个观点加以述评,即劳动力成本补偿论、非竞争集团学说以及劳动力市场分割理论、机会差异说、个人选择结果论、能力差别说与人力资本投资理论,财产收入不平等和社会权利的不平等。

| Abstract: | Personal income inequality is an important phenomenon in market economy,and thus the theoretical explainations of the economics about personal income inequality are complicate and diverse.This paper chooses seven representative standpoints for comment,namely the compensatory principle of labor force cost,the opinions of non-competing groups and income distribution,the theory of labor markets segmentation,the hypothesis of opportunity difference and personal choice result,the theory of ability and human investment differentials,and the inequality of the property income and social rights inequality. |
