| Abstract: | Sound urban construction and development in China not only satisfy the need for improved living standards but also provide a strong impetus for the promotion of economic development and urbanization. They constitute a giant systematic project which requires for overall planning. We should consider the connections of parts in the system so as to ensure a coordinated development in the urban economy and culture. |
