| 摘 要： | 本文分析了观念因素在国家的对外决策中的影响与作用。结合东北亚地区各国意识形态、政治文化与历史记忆的异同分析了造成东北亚地区安全困境的观念因素,并从建立跨文化认同、超越意识形态与社会制度差异、选择文化多样性与统一性结合的角度探讨了实现东北亚地区安全的观念建构问题。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes that concepts influence a country's foreign policy.Referring to the similarities and differences in ideology,political culture and historical memory in Northeast Asian countries,it analyzes the function of security concept in Northeast Asian region.The thesis further discusses the establishment of cross-cultural identity,transcendental ideology and social systems which can bring security and peace in the Northeast Asian region. |
