关于文化软实力量化指标评价问题研究

相对文化软实力研究而言，文化软实力的数量评价为难中之难，而对其数量表现上的硬指标体系的构建是一项严谨而又复杂的科学事项。但是，也只有软“功”硬“做”，才能创新性地对文化软实力硬指标体系的构建作积极的探索与研究，使之更好地评价文化软实力以及推进其更深化的研究。本文正是基于这一目的，在构建文化软实力的硬指标体系及其统计评价模型上作个从理念至实证的探微，力求促进文化软实力的发展与观念的演进在理论与实践上的互动，从中窥见文化软实力发展过程中的规律性变化，以期对调动文化执政方略的禀赋与提高施策水平有所裨益。

The Study on the Quantity Evaluation of the Soft Power of Chinese Culture

Quantity evaluation is the most difficult part in exploring the soft power of Chinese culture, so the construction of index system in quantity evaluation is a precise and complicated process. This paper sets up the culture soft power system of China and its statistical evaluation models from the viewpoint of theoretical and empirical study to sum up the developing rules of Chinese culture soft power and benefit the cultural administration and policy formation.
