| 摘 要： | 胡瑗是主张"出"的,他要求人们确立"出而不隐,安治天下"的思想。当然,从隐到出有一个过程,所以胡瑗要求待出之人要学会等待,怀才蕴德,同时还要把握好出的时机,该出则出,不该出则等。此外,胡瑗还认为"出"也要有"道",即要符合社会与道德规则,做到"进"退"有度,出而有节,动不离道。

| Abstract: | Hu Yuan claimed that people should come out of retirement and take up an official post so as to administrate the country.Nevertheless,because there needs a process from retirement to obtaining an official post,he advocated people should learn to wait.They should accumulate talent and moral quality.They should also grasp a good opportunity for coming out.Besides,Hu Yuan proposed that people should come out in accordance with the social and moral standards. |
