发展中国家在国际技术贸易中的利益、成本和技术选择

发展中国家的技术引进应与这些国家国内技术发展水平、投入要素相对价格、消费者收入特征等技术支持要素相适应 ,而不同类型的技术引进对相关厂商的经营业绩、学习效果和未来技术竞争能力等各方面的影响都不一样。虽然国内厂商因竞争压力有追求最高最新技术的趋向 ,但这些技术在引进后产生的总体利益却可能与其较高的引进成本并不相称。适合发展中国家引进的外国技术应该是那些与国内技术水平差异不太大、接近于标准化或准标准化的新技术。国内的有关政策应当对厂商的进口技术选择作适当的诱导。

The Profits, Costs and Technology Option in International Trade of Technology: The Case in Developing Countries

The introduction of technology to the developing countries must be adapted to the supporting factors of the countries which import the technology, such as the developing level of technology, the relative price of the investment elements, the quality of customers' income, etc.. The type of technology introduced has important bearing on the enterprise concerned, for it is of connections with the ability of the enterprise. The enterprises in China tend to import the latest high tech under the pressure of competition. However, the total profit the introduced high tech yields, as it happened frequently, unbecoming to the cost of the introduction of it. It would be best if the Chinese import policy provides guidance for introduction of foreign technology. The foreign technology the developing countries need to import would be those which are suitable for the supporting factors mentioned above, or rather, the standardized or quasi standardized ones.
