| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze the deep reasons for the regulations accepted by various countries and formed in the process of the GATT/WTO development in the past decades. Such a motive results from the writer's initiative to pursue its significant values for social developmental rules. This analysis is helpful for us to have a correct understanding of the nature of WTO and to form a general strategy for China in decision-making and other activities after she has become a member of this world trade organization. |
