Recently, it seems that the democratic reform in the Arab world has become the most outstanding issue, the key to the solution of all other issues in the Arab world. The author tries to discuss the issue in terms of Arab interpretation of democracy, the attempt of the Arab countries in democratic reform, and the prospect of democratic process in the Arab world.
