| Abstract: | SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) can increase the employment,accelerate economic development,adjust market structure and keep the social fairness.In order to promote the development of SMEs, following measures should be taken: first, expanding SMEs cluster; second, developing special market with Yanbian characteristics; third, improving the management functions of local governments and promote the education of starting a business. |
