依法治国是实现人权的根本保障

尊重和保障人权已被写入宪法,充分理解并在社会实践中实现这一原则任重而道远。本文在阐述了人权基本理论内涵和我国人权思想的历史的基础上,提出了应从健全法律体系、完善规章制度以及树立人权理念三方面来尊重和保障人权。

Realizing Human Rights Based on the Rules of Law

"To value and guarantee the humah rights" was added into the constitution amendment in the second meeting of the tenth national People's Congress. In order to fully understand this principle, and to accomplish it in social practice, this thesis expounds the basic theoretical intention of human rights, and the historical development of human rights condition in China; moreover, it emphatically pointed out 3 ideas on value and guarantee the rights of man according to law.
