| 摘 要： | 罗斯在批评康德的绝对义务论的前提下,提出自明的义务论。自明的义务论是一个直觉主义的义务论。自明的义务论强调人们的行动所依据的是内在直觉,而不是动机。同时,自明的责任是一类人们应当承担的责任。然而,由于自明的责任是一批责任,对于哪一个是当下情形中的实际责任或绝对责任,这仍然需要在具体情形中的具体判断。罗斯把义务重新确立在义务的自明性上,同时又不归结为其自明性。

| Abstract: | Ross' theory of duty which proposed through criticizing Kant's theory of absolute duty is the intuition one.The theory of Prima facie duty argues that the actions of agents come from inter intuition other than movement.Prima facie duties are kind of duties which we should take up.However,because they are a lot,which one among them should be taken as practical duty in practical context,it depends on concrete judgment.Ross takes duty on the prima facie,but not ends in the prima facie. |
