知识产权保护与跨国技术转移——基于中国1991-2005年技术进口额的实证分析

对Smith（2001）的模型进行了扩展，并基于中国与美、日、法、德、瑞典等五国1991～2005年技术进口额的面板数据，实证检验了我国加强知识产权保护对跨国技术转移的影响。研究结果表明，我国知识产权保护力度指数与美、日、法、德、瑞典等五国的技术转移均呈显著的正相关关系，而人均国内生产总值和关税水平对美、日、法、德、瑞典等五国的技术转移均存在负效应。

Intellectual Property Protection and International Technology Transfer-An Empirical Analysis of Technology Import of China During 1991 and 2005
