环境不确定性视角的商业银行组织结构分析

影响商业银行组织运行和组织设计的环境因素是多方面多层次的。从简单-复杂和稳定一不稳定两种维度进行分析。我国商业银行的经营环境基本属于高度不确定性的环境特征。包括职位和部门、组织的差别和一体化、控制过程以及未来分析计划与预测等方面,银行组织在内部结构和外部环境之闾需要寻求一个恰当的位置。

Analysis on the Organizational Structure in Commercial Banks from Perspective of Environmental Uncertainty

The environmental factors are various in aspects and levels that influence the organizational operation and organizational planning in commercial banks. This paper makes an analysis from both simple-complex dimension and stable-unstable dimension, and it asserts that the business environment of China's commercial banks is basically featured with an environment of high uncertainty. In order to adapt to the environmental feature, the commercial banks should make an appropriate adjustment on those aspects such as the designing of positions and departments, the establishment of organizational buffer department and organizational boundary spanning, organizational differentiation and integration, organizational planning and prediction, etc.
