| 摘 要： | 文章通过对世界主要发达国家科技发展特征和趋势的描述以及对我国科技发展道路选择的简要分析,从而得出对安徽科技发展的几点启示,即安徽的科技发展必须加强自主创新,走创新型崛起之路;在路径选择上必须突出技术引进、消化、吸收、改进和再创新.

| Abstract: | By illustrating characteristics and trend of the science and technology development in the main developed countries,the article briefly analyses the selection of ways of science and technology in China.Then it puts forward some enlightenments on the development of science and technology of Anhui province,such as autonomy innovation should be strengthened,technology induction,digestion,improvement and re-innovation should be stressed. |
