内蒙古半农半牧区经济发展相对滞后原因分析

内蒙古半农半牧区处于中国北方农牧交错地带,近些年来,从人均GDP水平和农牧民人均纯收入来看,该地区经济发展相对滞后,这将会影响到我区整体的经济运行和小康目标的实现。该地区经济发展相对滞后的主要原因是:气候条件恶劣,自然灾害频繁;土地风蚀、水蚀现象严重,土地生产力下降;人口严重超载,人均耕地严重不足;收入增长取决于有效降水的多少,近年来持续的干旱严重影响了该地区经济的发展;教育和医疗状况相对落后。

On the Cause for the Economic Underdevelopment in the Half Agriculture-Half Herding Areas in Inner Mongolia

Half agriculture-half herding areas in Inner Mongolia are placed in the agricultural-herding cross district in North China.Viewing through the GDP and net income per person in recent years,the economy in such areas are lagging,which will affect the whole economic development and the well-to-do project of Inner Mongolia.The main causes for the economic lagging in these regions are:bad weather condition,multifarious natural disasters,land erosion,overload population,continuing drought,lagging education and medical treatment.
