| 摘 要： | 苏联的解体 ,不仅使俄罗斯的政治、经济和社会生活等方面发生了巨大的变化 ,而且也给俄罗斯的人口发展产生了极大的负面影响。目前 ,俄罗斯的人口发展面临的问题不仅是人口学家和社会学家所关注的课题 ,而且也引起了俄政府部门的高度重视。
