| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定昆明地区老年男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者骨密度、肺功能和血气分析的变化，探讨老年COPD与骨质疏松症的相关性。方法用双能X线吸收测定仪（DEXA）测定32例老年COPD患者腰椎（L1-4）、股骨近端（颈部Neck、大粗隆Tmch、合计Total）骨密度（BMD），同时用肺功能仪测定肺功能，血气分析仪测量动脉血气分析．以及生化、血钙等检查。结果COPD组的BMD值与对照组相比显著降低（P〈0．001），COPD患者骨密度与一秒钟用力呼气量（FEVI％）均呈显著正相关（P〈0．001）。昆明地区老年COPD组骨密度低于对照组。结论老年COPD患者骨密度检查能及早发现骨质疏松。低氧血症可能是老年COPD患者合并OP的主要危险因素。
