| 摘 要： | 英语霸权和语言濒危是21世纪世界语言环境的重要特征。任何国家或民族都有保护和推广其民族语言的权利,语言规划、语言政策与国家利益紧密相关。世界主要国家的语言规划与语言政策存在共性,其成功经验可为弱势国家的语言规划和语言政策的制定提供重要的参考。

| Abstract: | The linguistic world is changing and complicated.English hegemony and language endangerment are one of the characteristics of the 21st century.Any nation has the right to protect and popularize its national language.Language planning and language policy are closely related with the interests of a nation.There are similarities in major nations’ language planning and language policies.A comparative study of their successes can provide important guides for weak nations’ language planning and language policy making. |
