| 摘 要： | 加快保障性住房建设,是落实中央“住有所居”的重大举措,对控制高房价、加强与创新社会管理具有十分重要的意义.本文在对中国当前加快保障性住房建设的背景及对加强与创新社会管理的影响进行科学阐述的基础上,梳理了近年来中国保障性住房建设取得的成就,分析了存在的不足与问题,并提出了下一步改革及完善的政策建议.
